摘要
T/R组件作为有源相控阵雷达中的核心部件,其移相精度决定着雷达的性能好坏。本文对K波段的高频T/R组件进行了研究,在单独采用数控移相器移相精度较差不满足项目指标要求的情况下,采用数控移相器和小位移相器相结合的方法,使T/R组件的移相精度有了很大的改善.测试结果移相均方根误差RMS小于2.3°,同时各移相态的移相精度保持在8°以内,大大提高了T/R组件的移相精度,保证了系统的扫描精度。
As the key component of Active Phased Array Radar, the phase shift precision of T/R module has the important role on the performance of radar. A research on K-band High frequency T/R module is made in this paper, in the case which the phase shift precision can not meet the index request with the single numerical control phase shift, the method of combining the single numerical control phase shift with the little-bit phase shift is presented ,which greatly improves the phase shift precision. The measure result shows that the RMS is below 2.3 degrees, while the phased shift precision of all the phase shift state is within 8 degrees, which greatly improves the phased shift precision of T/R module, ensuring the sweep precision of the system.
