摘要
分析了亚投行在公司治理和运营模式方面的内部挑战,以及由其他国际金融组织和地缘政治导致的外部挑战;提出了以资产负债管理、PPP运营、项目标准和流程管理应对内部挑战,同时通过与其他金融组织的业务互补,以经济发展实现各国互利共赢来应对外部挑战;最后展望了亚投行有望推动现有国际金融秩序的改革,促进新的多边金融体系的形成。
Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank( AIIB) is an intra-governmental regional development organization sponsored by the Chinese Government. This paper first briefly reviews the history of AIIB; secondly analyzes its internal challenges in corporate governance and operation,and external challenges from other international financial organizations and geopolitics; thirdly proposes asset liability management,PPP operation,standard mangament and procedure management to deal with internal challenges,and focusing on complementary business of other financial organizations,and achieving win-win result with other countries to mitigate external challenges; finally prospects that AIIB is expected to accelarate the reform of existing international financial institutions,and promote the establishment of multilateral financial system.
