摘要
就业增长是经济发展的核心问题之一,直接关系到亿万群众的生存、经济社会的和谐稳定和长治久安。通过建立劳动力市场供需模型发现,金融可以通过直接效应和间接效应促进就业增长,金融发展与就业增长之间存在正向关系。充分发挥金融发展促进就业增长的效应,需要为金融行业发展提供更为宽松的政策环境,实施有利于扩大就业的金融政策等。
Employment Increase is one of the core issues for economic development in China, which has a great impact on social stability and the person＇s livelihood. Finance is the core of modern economy. And theoretically, finance can promote both direct and indirect employment. As a result, research on how finance can promote employment increase is important and meaningful. This paper established a supply- demand model, and explained the innate mechanism of how finance can promote the increase of employment. It further proved the positive relation between financial development and increase of employment, and made relevant policy suggestions on that basis. This paper can provide theoretical support for government finance management departments to formulate relevant policies.
