摘要
针对45圆钢冷拉拔后表面出现裂纹问题,从宏观和微观两方面对裂纹原因进行分析,结果表明圆钢表面裂纹是圆钢折叠缺陷经冷拉拔后在表面显露出来。可以通过严格执行检修和轧制制度来消除圆钢表面折叠。
The reason snslysis on surface cracks of 45 round steel during cold drawing is conducted from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects. The results suggest that the surface crack of round steel is mainly defects of round steel on surface after cold drawing. The surface folding of round steel can be eliminated by strictly following the system of maintenance and rolling.
