摘要
现代高等教育的根本目的是全面提高大学生的综合素质,而高校新生的入学阶段是大学生接受高等教育的开端。近年来,高等教育作为教育体系中的一个重要环节,发展迅速,除了招生数量大幅增加外,教学模式也更加多样化,常规的新生入学教育已经无法满足学生心理成长、学习成长的需要[1]。准确把握新生们的思想状况和心理动态,有针对性地调整相应的适应教育方式对于高校学生的健康发展和教育引领具有重大的意义。
The fundamental purpose of modem higher education is to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, and freshmen＇s admission stage is the beginning of their college life. In recent years, higher education is developing rapidly, as an im- portant part in the education system. The number of students increase sharply, and the teaching mode is more diversified, so traditional freshmen education has been unable to meet the needs of the students. Accurately grasping the freshmen＇s ideological status, psychological trend, and pertinently adjusting the adaptation education mode is of great significance to students＇ development.
