根据武汉地铁工程的建设情况,从地铁工程造价存在的问题特点和因子分析科学分析法为着手点,阐述了如何利用因子分析法确定地铁项目造价风险问题的影响因子,并通过数据分析进而提出了地铁工程造价风险的控制策略。
