摘要
提出了一种基于LIN总线的水泵控制系统方案设计,介绍总线在汽车电子水泵控制系统中的应用和驱动控制单元的设计,对控制系统中可能产生的故障进行分析,并给出了硬件设计和软件流程,实验表明,该控制器不仅具有良好的驱动能力,而且可实现对水泵的故障诊断和故障信息的发送和检测能力。
This paper presents a scheme of water pump control system based on LIN bus, which introduces the application of bus in the control system of automobile electronic water pump and the design of drive control unit, analysesthe possible faults in the control system while the hardware design and software flow are given. Experiment shows that the controller not only has good driving ability, moreover, it can realize the fault diagnosis of water pump and send the detected fault information.
