摘要 目的分析可视化技术应用于临床麻醉教学后对麻醉工作和教学工作安全性的影响。方法选择我院实习的麻醉专业实习生30例作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;选择我院实习的麻醉专业实习生30例作为实验组,选择可视化技术进行教学。结果在操作失误发生率方面,实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);可视化教学期间,存在病变或解剖异常的患者,和相关科室进行有效的交流与沟通,对操作方法进行有效更改后,有效规避了风险。结论应用可视化技术,能让麻醉教学工作中和实习期间的操作失误发生率有效降低,同时还能对特殊病变或者解剖异常等情况进行有效发现;应用有效的预防措施和对麻醉操作方法进行更改,能对风险进行有效规避,能为积累特殊病例提供科学依据,在对患者安全进行保障的同时,还能让教学质量得以有效提升。 Objective To analyze the influence of visualization technology on the safety of anesthesia and teaching after clinical anesthesia teaching. Methods Our hospital practice anesthesiology interns 30 as control group, using the traditional teaching mode; selection of professional interns in 30 cases as experimental group anesthesia in our hospital practice, teaching selection visualization technology. Results In operation failure rate, the experimental group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05); visualization teaching period, lesions or anatomical abnormalities of the patients, and the relevant departments to communicate effectively, effectively change the method of operation, effectively avoid the risk. Conclusion The application of visualization technology, can make the teaching work and anesthesia operation errors during the internship effectively reduce incidence rate, but also effectively found on special lesions or anatomical abnormalities; the application of effective preventive measures and make changes to the operation method of anesthesia, can effectively avoid risks, and provide the scientific basis for the accumulation of special cases in the meanwhile, guarantee the safety for the patient, but also can effectively enhance the quality of teaching.
