脉冲磁场-倾斜管复合法制备铝合金半固态组织的研究 被引量:3

Microstructure of Semi-solid Aluminum Alloy Prepared by Pulsed Magnetic Field-inclined Pipe Casting Compound Preparation Method

摘要 利用自主研发的脉冲磁场和倾斜管半固态装置制备了ZL101合金半固态浆料。研究了不同倾斜角和脉冲电压对复合制备铝合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明,显微组织会随着脉冲电压的逐渐增加,由最初的蔷薇状或树枝状转变为颗粒状,晶粒变得细小、圆整。在低脉冲电压时,倾斜角小时晶粒球化效果好,随着脉冲电压的增加,倾斜角大时晶粒球化效果会更好。合金组织中近球形颗粒状组织的形成是受形核热力学条件与搅拌、剪切碰撞作用综合影响的结果。 Semi-solid aluminum alloy was prepared by pulsed magnetic field-inclined pipe casting compound preparation method.According to theory of compound preparation of semi-solid alloy,the semisolid preparation device was developed.Influences of different inclined angles and pulsed voltage on the semi-solid microstructure were investigated.The results show that the microstructure is changed from the rosette or dendritic structure into granular grains with spheroidization of grains and the decrease of eutectic microstructure with increasing in voltage.When the pulse voltage is low,the spheroidization of grains exhibits the better in low inclination angle.The spheroidization of grains becomes desirable increasingly with the increase of pulsed voltage.The formation of the semi-solid microstructure is attributed to the combined action of the nucleation thermodynamics and effects of mixing,shearing collision.
