摘要 介绍了一拖铸造系统绿色升级改造项目的实施情况,总结如下:(1)知己知彼,顺应趋势,科学把握技术改造方向。在实施技术改造时,就必须结合自身特点,为企业增加产出、创造效益打下坚实基础。(2)着眼全局,统筹兼顾,整体谋划绿色科技升级改造项目。整体策划项目,确保项目科学合理;整体谋划实施,确保项目稳妥推进;把握关键细节,动态调整改造方案;实现预期回报。(3)突出重点,把握关键,打造高效、优质、绿色铸造企业。以生产能力匹配为切入点,拉动企业生产高效运行;以设备能力与铸件品质匹配为着力点,保证铸件品质稳步提升;以源头治理为重点,采取集中与分散相结合的治污思路,推动企业节能减排。 The implementation situation of the foundry system green upgrading-reforming projects of China First Tractor was introduced and summarized as follows: ( 1 )The technological reformation direction should be scientifically grasped by knowing yourself as well as the enemy, and by following the trend. When implementing technological reformation, it was necessary, by considering own characteristics, to lay a solid foundation stone for increasing output and creating benefit of the enterprise. (2) The green science-technology upgrading reformation projects should be overall planned by looking at overall situation,giving overall consideration. The projects should be ensured to be scientific and rational by overall planning the projects. The projects should be ensured to be steadily advanced by overall implementing. The reformation scheme should be dynamically regulated by grasping the key details to realized anticipative expectation. (3)We must create a high effective,high quality green foundry enterprise by giving prominence to the key points and by grasping the key. We must promote the enterprise production to be high effective running,must assure the castings quality to be steadily improved by taking the equipment capacity matching castings quality as the center of effort, must drive energy-saving and emission-reduction of the enterprise by focusing on source control and adopting the pollution control ideas of combining centralization and decentralization.
