摘要
选取公司设计的五千米快装钻机中的某连接部件处的PJP坡口焊缝作为研究对象,分别从焊缝形状的设计计算、减小焊接变形的焊接工艺、消除焊接变形和残余应力等方面展开研究。通过对焊缝的研究发现,手算出的计算结果同有限元分析结果是一致的;通过对焊接工艺的研究和调整能够明显的减小焊接变形;而通过热处理和振动时效等方法可以明显的降低焊接件的残余应力。
This article is specified in the following aspects such as design calculation of weld shapes, welding procedures for reduction of welding deformation, elimination of welding deformation and residual stresses based upon a PJP-groove weld on certain joint component of the 5000-meter quick-carrying drilling rig which is designed by our company. By contrast, the re- search of welds by manual method is consistent with the finite element results. And reduction of welding deformation takes place through research and adjustment of welding procedure. From the research we could find that the residual stress can be reduced obviously by methods such as the heat treatment and vibratory stress relief.
