摘要
为改变钒钛生铁长期靠借用分析方法进行检测的局面,对一次称样溶解采用光度法联合连续测定钒钛生铁中Si、P、Mn、V、Ti元素的方法进行了探索。结果表明:该方法分析速度快、分析成本低、操作简便、结果准确,成功地建立了一套钒钛生铁系统快速分析方法。
In order to change the situation of the long-term by borrowing other analytical methods for testing elements in V-Ti iron, a combined continuous determination method of Si, P, Mn, V and Ti elements in vanadium titanium cast iron was explored by photometric method through a sample dissolved. The testing results show that the analytical method has the advantage of high speed, low cost, simpleness, accuracy. A rapid analysis system of vanadium titanium cast iron was triumphantly established.
