摘要
研究了聚丙烯 (PP)微粒与马来酸酐 (MAH)在紫外线辐照下进行接枝反应。考察了单体MAH的用量、辐照时间等对接枝率的影响 ,以及接枝率与复合材料弯曲强度和冲击韧性的关系。通过IR、DSC和力学性能测试表明 ,在紫外线辐照下可实现PP -MAH固相接枝 ,而且接枝PP含量的提高使复合材料的弯曲强度和冲击韧性得到改善。
The grafting reaction of maleic anhydride (MAH) onto polypropylene powder (PP) by UV radiation is studied in this paper. The effects of concentration of MAH and radiation time on the grafting ratio, as well as the influence of content of grafted PP on flexural strength and impact toughness of composite are investigated. Based on the analysis of IR and DSC and the test of mechanical properties, it is shown that grafting reaction of MAH onto PP in solid phase can be carried out by UV radiation, and flexural strength and impact toughness of composite can be increased when the grafting ratio is high enough.
