摘要
以重庆大仙女山旅游区为案例,探析了其区域旅游合作过程中的三大约束因素,包括基础性约束、体制性约束、运行机制约束三方面。为解决这些约束性因素,提出了相应的推进路径,以期为大仙女山旅游区旅游合作提供参考。
Constraints and facilitating approaches of regional tourism cooperation have been studied in this paper,taking Grand Xiannvshan tourism area as an example.Fundamental constraints,institutional constraints,mechanism constraints,andpolicy constraints were contained in constraint factors.Facilitating approaches were as follows：（1）Strengthen the traffic construction,and improve the ability of connectivity andperception of transit experience.（2）Integrate tourism resources and joint the development of tourism products.（3）Unify the tourism image of the whole region,as well as build and share unified tourism brand.（4）Unifythe quality of service standards and build a unified tourism information platform.（5）Share customer market,implement joint marketing,and expand tourism market together.（6）Strengthen personnel training and promote the talent flow across the region.（7）Provide policy guarantee and improve the policy implementation effect.（8）Explore the reasonable benefit distribution mechanism and realize win-win benefit sharing.
