基于阿基米德螺旋线圈的高变化率脉冲磁场发生器 被引量:7

摘要 脉冲磁场治疗肿瘤凭借其无创性的优势具有良好的应用前景。感应电场和感应电流是脉冲磁场产生生物效应的原因之一。为了获得较大的感应电场来开展脉冲磁场治疗肿瘤的细胞实验,研制了1台基于阿基米德螺旋线圈和自击穿空气开关的高变化率脉冲磁场发生器。对阿基米德螺旋线圈周围空间的磁场和感应电场进行了计算,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对线圈的磁场分布特性进行了优化设计,并对研制出的磁场发生器性能进行了实测。最终,设计的阿基米德螺旋线圈为7匝、外径为21 mm,该线圈在细胞培养液中可产生的脉冲磁场参数为:磁感应强度幅值0.92 T、上升时间78 ns、脉冲宽度1.8μs,磁场的变化率达1.1×107 T/s,感应电场最大值为55.9kV/m,电场的均匀度达84%,最大的感应电流密度达1.7×104 A/m2。结果表明,此脉冲磁场发生器可以满足用于研究脉冲磁场治疗肿瘤相关的细胞实验的要求,为后续研究奠定了基础。 Pulsed magnetic field treatment with cancer has good application prospects depending on its advantages of non-invasive. One of the mechanisms for pulsed magnetic field causing biological effects is from the induced electric field and magnetic field induced current. In order to obtain a larger induced electric field to carry out the cell experiments of pulsed magnetic field treatment on tumor cells, we develop a pulsed magnetic field generator with a high-variation rate by Archimedes spiral coil and the self-breakdown air switch. And we calculate the magnetic field and the induced electric field around the Archimedes spiral coil. By using COMSOL Multiphysics software, magnetic field distribution characteristic of coil is optimizing designed. Then the performance of the generator is measured. Finally, the Archimedean spiral coil has 7 turns, and the outer diameter is 21 mm. The pulsed magnetic field parameters can be produced in the cell culture medium as follows: the magnetic induction magnitude of 0.92 T, the rise time of 78 ns, the pulse width of 1.8 μs. And rate of change of magnetic field reaches 1.1 × 10^7 T/s, induced electric field maximum is 55.9 kV/m, electric field uniform degree can achieve 84%, and the maximum of the induced current density reaches 1.7× 10^4 A/m2. The results show that the pulsed magnetic field generator can meet the requirements of the experiment cells associated with pulsed magnetic therapy treating with tumors, which lay the foundation for future study.
