摘要
为加强战略投送基地航空转运物资组板系统建设,依据战略投送基地任务特点,在分析航空转运物资组板系统及组板装备体系的基础上,借鉴多目标规划思想,统筹处理组板效率、组板装备和作业人员数量等3个优化目标关系,构建基于多目标规划的战略投送基地航空转运物资组板装备配置模型,并利用改进单纯形法对模型求解,得出符合基地实际需求的组板装备优化配置方案。
To strengthen the construction of ULD（ Unit Load Device） palletized system of transferring aviation materials in strategic projection base, after analyzing the ULD palletized system of transferring aviation materials and ULD palletized equipment system and considering the relation among efficiency, equipment and quantity of operators, the paper constructs an allocation model of ULD palletized system of transferring aviation materials based on multi-objective programming according to the characteristic of strategic projection base and solves the model with modified simplex method, and obtains an optimized allocation program which fits the practical requirement of the base.
