摘要
为加快推进航空军事物流军民融合建设发展,提升我军现代军事物流保障能力,通过分析航空军事物流军民融合发展的现实环境以及面临的主要困难和问题,从思想观念、指挥决策、运行保障、信息共享、设施共用、人才培养等6个方面,提出加强航空军事物流军民融合建设的对策与建议。
To promote the development of civil-military integrated military aviation logistics and upgrade the support ability of modem military logistics, the paper analyzes the real environment and main difficulties and problems of civil-military integrated military aviation logistics, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction from ideology, command decision, operation guarantee, information sharing, infrastructure sharing, and talents cultivation.
