摘要
针对双梁式石灰窑的尾气系统和燃烧梁导热油冷却系统进行了改造设计,对尾气余热和导热油热能进行了回收利用,采用汽轮机电动机同侧布置形式,回收的热能通过汽轮机可直接驱动引风机。对该方案的经济性进行了分析,指出此方案的合理采用可以使每座窑每年节电达140万元,由于省去了能量中间转换环节,余热利用率更高。
Exhaust system and cooling system for the heat conduction oil of the combustion beam in the double beam lime kiln were re-designed. The waste heat and heat energy of the heat conduction oil are recycled. By installing the turbine and electromotor on the same side, draught fan is directly driven by the recycled heat through turbine. This paper analyses the economic effects of such design and indicates that every kiln can save 1.4 million Yuan annually by power saving and the recovery- rate of waste heat is higher due to the omitting of intermediate energy conversion process.
