摘要
为提高汽车发动机热效率和燃油经济性,充分利用汽车尾气余热,达到节能减排的效果,设计了一款平板式汽车尾气余热温差发电装置。首先介绍了温差发电基本原理,针对一般汽油机工作特性选择合适的温差发电片。其次运用CATIA三维软件建立尾气余热温差发电装置模型,通过选择温差发电片的安装方式和数量,为系统设计合适的电路,同时对装置的基本应用进行了简单分析。最后根据试验数据分析和计算,确定了该平板式汽车尾气余热温差发电装置的成本和可行性。计算结果表明:该系统的节油量为0.03L/h,若回收成本,需花4a左右时间。
In order to improve the thermal e^ciency and fuel economy of automobile engine, make full use of the waste heat of automobile exhaust for energy saving and emission reduction, it designs a fiat - plate type of ther- moelectric power generation(TEG) device. It introduce the basic principle of the TEG, chooses the suitable TEG sheet according to the operating characteristics of general gasoline engine. Then it establishes the device model of exhaust waste heat "lEG in CATIA 3D software, describes the install method and quantity of TEG sheet, develops the suitable circuit for the system, analyzes the basic application of the device. Based on the data analysis and calculation, it illustrates the cost and feasibility of the TEG device. The calculation results show that the fuel sav- ing ratio of the system is 0.03L/h and tile device can recover the cost in 4 years, the TEG device has certain fea- sibility and extensive application prospect.
