当前,我国的房地产行业处于飞速发展中,房地产企业的竞争越来越激烈。工程造价管理是对建设项目全过程的资金使用进行控制,对于减少企业成本,提高企业经济效益具有重大的意义。论文简单介绍工程造价和工程造价管理的概念,阐述工程造价管理对于房地产企业的重大意义。
