摘要
针对分布式电源系统在孤岛运行状态时会造成严重危害的问题,分析了传统防孤岛保护策略的优缺点,提出了一种基于网络和IEC 61850通信标准的防孤岛保护装置设计。实际工程应用表明,设计弥补了传统防孤岛保护存在检测盲区及恶化电网电能质量等缺点,兼顾了可靠性、实时性及经济性因素,为分布式电源防孤岛运行提供了一种比较理想的解决方案。
As distributed power system islanding operation condition will cause serious harmful results,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantagers of the traditional anti islanding protection strategy,proposed a design of anti islanding protection device based on network and IEC 61850 standard.The practical application showd that this design can make up the traditional anti islanding protection for blind spot detection and deterioration of power quality shortcomings,give full play to the advantages of various detection methods,taking into account the reliability,real-time,and economic factors,for distributed power anti-islanding operation provides an ideal solution.
