摘要
目的 分析康复新液对固定正畸牙龈炎患者龈沟液白细胞介素-1β(interleukine 1β,IL-1β)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin,PGE2)及可溶性粘附分子-1(soluble intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,s ICAM-1)的影响。方法 选择96例固定正畸牙龈炎患者,参照抽签法分为对照组与实验组,各48例,对照组予以牙龈清洁术治疗,实验组基于对照组予以康复新液治疗,比较2组IL-1β、PGE2及s ICAM-1水平,牙周状态,肿胀及疼痛分级,临床疗效。结果 治疗后,实验组IL-1β、PGE2、s ICAM-1水平低于对照组(10.54±1.41)ng/L vs.(11.85±1.89)ng/L、(284.62±35.21)ng/L vs.(314.65±39.48)ng/L、(150.49±18.11)μg/L vs.(162.83±20.26)μg/L比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组牙周状态,肿胀及疼痛分级均优于对照组(P〈0.05)。实验组中有效率高于对照组(95.83%vs.79.17%)(P〈0.05)。结论 康复新液可降低固定正畸牙龈炎患者龈沟液IL-1β、PGE2、sICAM-1水平,改善牙周状态,缓解肿胀及疼痛,提高临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquidon on gingiva groove liquid interleukin lp(IL-ip), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), soluble adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM)in fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis. Methods 96 cases o f patients with fixed orthodontic gingivitis consult the draw method were divided into control group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group. The control group were treatedby gums clean, experimental group based on the control group were treattedby Kangfuxin Liquidon. The IL-lp, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, periodontal status, the grade of swelling and pain, the clinical curative effect were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the IL-lp, PGE2, sICAM levels of experimental group were lower than the control group (10.54±1.41) ng/L vs.(11.85±1.71)ng/L, (284.62±35.21) ng/L vs.(314.65±39.48)ng/L, (150.49±18.11) |ig/L vs.(162.83±20.26) (ig/L,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The periodontal status, swelling and pain grading ofexperimental group were better than control group (P〈0.05). Theeffective rate of experimental group was higher than the control group (95.83% vs_79.17%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquidon can reduce fixed orthodontic patients with gingivitis gingiva groove IL-ip, PGE2, sICAM-1 levels, improve the periodontal status, relieve swelling and pain, improve the clinical curative effect.
