摘要
目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对2型糖尿病患者氧化应激及血管内皮功能的影响。方法将104例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各52例,对照组给予常规降糖治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,观察2组治疗前后氧化应激及血管内皮功能变化情况。结果治疗后2组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),HDL-C水平明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后2组MDA水平和ET水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),SOD、NO、FMD、NMD水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗2型糖尿病可明显改善血脂、氧化应激及血管内皮功能,可在临床推广应用。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Yindannaoxintong soft capsule on oxidative stress and vascular endothe-lial function in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group and observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The control group was given routine hypoglycemic therapy, while the observation group was treated with Yindannaoxintong soft capsule on the basis of treatment in control group. The changes of oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Re-sults After treatment the levels of TC, TG, LDL - C were significantly decreased （ P 〈0. 05） , while that of HDL - C was in-creased significantly in both groups（F 〈0. 05） , and the improvements of these indexes in observation group were obviously better than that in control group （ F 〈 0.05 ） . After treatment the levels of MDA and ET were significantly lower while that of SOD, NO,FMD, NMD were higher than those before treatment in both groups, and the improvements of these indexes in ob-servation group were obviously better than that in control group （ F 〈0. 05） . Conclusion Yindannaoxintong soft capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can obviously improve blood lipids, and oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function, and can be popularized in clinical application.
