摘要
在模拟企业运营的《ERP沙盘演练》课程中,高效创业团队的打造直接关系到该课程质量的提升,影响到模拟企业运营的成绩和效果。文章剖析了现行课堂教学中创业团队构建方法的弊端,提出从心理素质、创业意识、专业背景、角色意识等方面的深度把控,构建优秀的创业团队,使ERP沙盘模拟演练达到最佳的企业运营效果,让学生刻骨铭心地感受到创业的过程管理。
in the simulation of enterprise operation ＂ERP＂ sand table course, efficient entrepreneurial team building is directly related to the course to enhance the quality, affect the performance and effect of the enterprise operation simulation. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of the construction method of the entrepreneurial team in the current classroom teaching, and from the psychological quality, entrepreneurial awareness, professional background, role consciousness and other aspects, comes up to construct the excellent entrepreneurial team, to achieve the best practice of ERP sand table simulation of enterprise operation effect, and to let the students feel the process of the business management by their hearts.
