摘要
某电厂330 MW汽轮发电机在机组检修期间,通过直流耐压试验发现定子C相绕组泄漏电流超标,并且端部绝缘盒有漏水现象。通过进一步直流泄漏试验、表面电位试验以及定子线棒解体检查等方式逐一诊断,确定为发电机定子26槽下层线棒破损导致漏水。最后经过更换损毁线棒及检修工艺处理并进行相关修后试验,试验合格后成功投入运行。
During the maintenance period of a 330 MW turbine generator in a power plant, it was found that the leakage current of the stator C phase winding had exceeded the standard, and the end insulation box was leaking . By further DC leakage test, surface potential test and the disintegration of the stator bar and other ways to diagnose one by one, the 26 slot of the generator stator bar damage caused by leakage is determined . At the end of the test, after replacing the damaged wire rod and the maintenance process, the test was carried out and the test was successful.
