摘要
油温表可实时监测电力变压器运行时变压器油的温度,其能否正常运行决定了变压器油温度在线监测的可靠性,同时也决定了能否为变压器冷却系统的正确启动提供有效指导,因此对变压器油温表运行缺陷的检测显得至关重要。针对这种情况,从电压等级、缺陷部位、缺陷类型、投运年限和制造厂家等多方面就广州地区110~500 kV主变压器油温表的运行缺陷开展专项检测与研究,结果表明部分绕组油温表和油面油温表出现不同类型的运行缺陷,且缺陷发生概率与电压等级、投运年限和制造厂家有关,并以此为基础在规划设计、物资采购、工程建设、维护检修和退役报废5个环节上为油温表的运行维护提出了建议。
Oil temperature gauge can monitor temperature of transformer oil in real-time at the moment of transformer run- ning, whether it runs normally or not decides reliability of on-line monitoring on transformer oil temperature and effective or invalid guidance for correct startup of the cooling system of transformer. Thus, it is important to detect operational de- fects of the transformer oil gauge. Special detection and research on operational defects of the oil temperature gauges of 110 -500 kV main transformers in Guangzhou region were developed in aspects of voltage class, defect parts, operation time, manufacturers, and so on. Results indicate that there are different operational defects in winding oil temperature gauges and oil face oil temperature gauges, and probability of occurrence of defects are concerned with voltage class, operation time and manufacturers. A few pieces of advices for operational maintenance of the oil temperature gauge are proposed in aspects of planning design, material purchase, engineering construction, maintenance and repair and retired scrap.
