摘要
目的分析中医辨证联合手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果。方法选取我院2014年2月—2016年3月收治的56例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(34例)和对照组(22例),观察组采用中医辨证联合手法复位治疗,对照组采用手法复位治疗,比较两组总有效率和复发率。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.022,P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.439,P<0.05)。结论中医辨证联合手法复位治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕可改善患者临床症状,降低疾病复发率,效果良好,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with manipulative reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods 56 cases of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated in our hospital from February2014 to March 2016 were selected,and they were divided into observation group（ n = 34） and control group（ n = 22） according to the different treatment methods. The observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with manipulative reduction. The control group was treated with manipulative reduction. The total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（ χ^2= 1. 022,P〉0. 05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 6. 439,P〈0. 05）.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation combined with manipulative reduction in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and has good effect. It is worth popularizing.
