摘要
试验旨在研究代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白(CP)水平对笼养蛋鸭产蛋后期产蛋性能、蛋品质的影响。采用3×3双因子试验设计,ME水平分别为10.05、10.67、11.30 MJ/kg,CP水平分别为15.00%、17.50%、19.00%。选取400日龄笼养蛋鸭360只,随机分为9个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。试验期为47 d。结果显示:1饲粮ME、CP水平极显著影响日均耗料、产蛋率、日均蛋重、料蛋比(P<0.01),存在交互作用(P<0.01)。随着饲粮ME、CP水平的增加,产蛋率、日均蛋重增加(P<0.01)、料蛋比下降(P<0.01)。2饲粮ME水平极显著影响蛋壳强度、蛋壳指数(P<0.01),显著影响蛋黄比例(P<0.05)。研究表明:笼养蛋鸭产蛋后期饲粮ME、CP水平分别为10.67 MJ/kg和17.5%时有较好的产蛋性能、蛋壳强度和蛋黄比例。
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary metabolizable energy（ME）and crude protein（CP）levels on laying performance and egg quality of cage-rearing laying ducks at late laying period. In this study,the 3×3 two factor design of experiment was selected. The levels of ME were 10.05,10.67,11.30 MJ/kg,respectively,and the CP levels were 15.00%,17.50%,19.00%,respectively. A total of 360 healthy laying ducks with similar laying rate were randomly divided into 9 treatment groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 ducks per replicate. The experiment lasted for 47 days. The results showed that： The daily feed intake,laying rate,feed to egg ratio and average dailyegg weight showed significantly difference amoug the different ME and CP（P〈0.01）,and ME and CP had interactions（P〈0.01）. The laying rate and average egg weight were increased（P〈0.01）and feed to egg ratio was decreased（P〈0.01）with the increasing of dietary ME and CP levels.②The levels of ME in diets had significant effects on the eggshell strength,the eggshell index（P〈0.01）and egg yolk ratio（P〈0.05）. It was indicated that the appropriate levels of dietary ME and CP were 10.67 MJ/kg and 17.50%,which could get better laying performance,egg yolk ratio and eggshell strength of 400-day-age laying ducks in cage.
