摘要 为解决熔融沉积式(FDM)3D打印机打印作品支撑难以去除的问题,提出采用NE555时基集成芯片制成多谐振荡器控制加热零件通断的方法,制作一种便捷的热切割刀。详细介绍了热切割刀的系统结构设计,35芯片的性能特点,以及系统中整个电路的设计与工作原理分析。通过软件仿真与实物制作,经过综合调试,证实了该系统结构稳定,工作高效,能较为理想地达到预期目的。 To solve the FDM-level 3D printer works hard to support the removal of the problem, the method of time-base integrated chip NE555 muhivibrator made to control the heating parts off of, making a convenient hot cutting knife. Details of the system architecture design thermal cutting knife, the performance characteristics of the chip 35, and the entire system circuit design and operating principle analysis. Through software simulation and physical production, by integrated debugging, it confirms that the system is stable structure and high efficiency, and it can be more ideal to achieve the desired purpose.
