摘要
目的评估手术后颞叶胶质瘤患者记忆功能,分析此类患者记忆功能障碍的影响因素。方法选择进行手术治疗的成人颞叶胶质瘤患者共37例,所有患者在行手术治疗后3个月应用中国修订版韦氏记忆量表进行记忆功能评估。结果患者均配合完成了中国修订版韦氏记忆测验,长时记忆为(27.28±2.72)分,短时记忆为(51.15±3.63)分,瞬时记忆为(8.98±1.84)分,记忆商(MQ)为(82.42±8.31)分。与正常常模均数比较,颞叶胶质瘤患者MQ、分测验中的短时记忆较正常常模均数降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照不同的因素进行对比分析,发现颞叶胶质瘤患者记忆功能降低,可能与胶质瘤病理类型、肿瘤直径大小、是否进行过放疗、是否伴有癫痫等因素有关。在分测验中,影响最明显的为短时记忆。结论颞叶胶质瘤患者术后记忆障碍明显,以短时记忆损伤为主,可能与病理类型、病变大小、是否伴有癫痫、侧别等多方面因素有关。
Objective To evaluate the memory function of patients with temporal lobe glioma after surgery,and to analyze the influencing factors of memory dysfunction. Methods The study included 37 patients with temporal lobe glioma in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital. Chinese revised Wechsler Memory Scale for memory function evaluation was assessed 3 months after surgery in all patients. Results All the patients completed China revised Wechsler Memory Scale. The results showed that the long term memory was 27.28 ± 2.72,short- term memory was 51.15 ± 3.63,instantaneous memory was 8.98 ± 1.84,and memory quotient（ MQ） was 82.42 ± 8.31. Compared with normal norm,the short- term memory and the MQ of the patients with temporal lobe glioma were significantly lower（P〈0.05）. According to the comparative analysis of different factors,pathological type,tumor size,radiotherapy history and epilepsy were correlated with the memory dysfunction in these patients. Conclusion The memory disorders of patients with temporal lobe glioma are significantly correlated to the short- term memory impairment,which may be correlated with the pathological type,the size of the lesion,the presence of epilepsy,and other factors.
