摘要 目的研究神经内镜下微创手术治疗高血压脑出血的有效性和优越性。方法应用神经内镜下微创手术治疗高血压脑出血42例,采用传统大骨瓣开颅手术治疗38例,比较两种手术方式血肿清除率及其GOS预后评分的差别,观察、分析手术疗效。结果神经内镜下微创手术治疗组较传统大骨瓣开颅组术后恢复优良率明显升高,病死率和并发症发生率明显下降(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜下手术治疗高血压脑出血是一种具有微创、有效的高血压脑出血手术方法。 Objective To study the endoscopic minimally invasive therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage under validity and superiority. MethodsNeuro-endoscopic minimally invasive therapy for 42 cases hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the traditional large bone flap craniotomy in treatment of 38 cases, which compared with two kinds of operations the difference between hematoma and its prognosis of GOS ratings, and observation and analysis of curative effect. Results Under endoscopic minimally invasive surgery compared with traditional craniotomy group were significantly higher recovery rate, and mortality and complication rates had significantly lower(P〈0.05). Conclusion Under the endoscope is a surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with micro-invasive, and effective method of surgery for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
