摘要 目的调查广西养殖场、农贸市场、餐饮场所牡蛎中GⅠ型、GⅡ型诺如病毒的污染状况,了解广西牡蛎从养殖到餐桌各环节诺如病毒的污染情况。方法 2014年1-12月,在广西北海市两个养殖场、南宁市农贸市场及餐饮场所连续采集牡蛎样本480份,采用荧光RT-PCR法对样本中诺如病毒进行检测,确定牡蛎中诺如病毒污染状况及基因型分布。结果 480份牡蛎样本诺如病毒总检出率为11.04%(53/480),餐饮场所牡蛎样本未检出诺如病毒,养殖场及农贸市场牡蛎样本诺如病毒检出率分别为15.83%(38/240)、12.50%(15/120),检出的诺如病毒均为GⅡ型;春、夏、秋、冬四个季节牡蛎中诺如病毒检出率依次为13.33%、6.67%、7.50%、16.67%。养殖场与农贸市场牡蛎诺如病毒检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),养殖场及农贸市场牡蛎诺如病毒检出率显著高于餐饮场所(P<0.01),冬季牡蛎诺如病毒检出率显著高于夏、秋季(P<0.05)。结论广西养殖场及农贸市场牡蛎诺如病毒污染情况较为严重,污染的诺如病毒均为GⅡ型,诺如病毒污染呈明显的季节性特点,以冬季污染最为严重。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of norovirus genogroups I and II in oysters from farms, markets and restaurants so as to know the contamination status of noroviruses in the entire consumption chain. Methods A total of 480 oyster samples were collected from 2 oyster farms in Beihai City and from seafood markets and restaurants in Nanning City from January to December, 2014. Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was used to detect norovirus RNA and genogroups. Results The overall detection rate of noroviruses in the 480 oyster samples was 11.04%(53/480). No norovirus was detected in oyster samples from restaurants. The detection rates of noroviruses in oyster samples from farms and markets were 15.83%(38/240) and 12.50%(15/120) respectively, and all noroviruses detected belonged to genogroup II (GII). The detection rates of noroviruses in spring, summer, fall and winter were 13.33%, 6.67%, 7.50% and 16.67% respectively. The detection rates of noroviruses in oyster samples from farms and markets were not significantly different (P〉0.05), but boty were significantly higher than that of samples from restaurants (P〈0.01). The detection rate of noroviruses was significantly higher in winter than in summer and autumn (P〈0.05). Conclusions The Results highlight a high prevalence of norovirus GII contamination in oysters from farms and markets in Guangxi. The norovirus contamination shows a distinct seasonality, with a peak in winter.
