摘要
结合具体工程设计,对采用富氧燃烧技术的硫磺回收装置中重要的控制方案进行了讨论。提出了可实现不同富氧设定值要求的酸性气燃烧炉燃烧控制方案,可有效控制火焰温度,保证酸性气充分燃烧、分解;提出了加氢反应器入口、出口温度控制及联锁方案,保证整个运行周期加氢反应效果,防止温度过高造成催化剂失活;根据尾气焚烧炉控制要求,优化了尾气焚烧炉空气流量控制方案,在保证尾气中有害成分充分燃烧的情况下,降低燃料气用量。
Key control schemes of oxygen-enrichment sulfur recovery unit are discussed with specific engineering design. Combustion control scheme with adjustable oxygen-enrichment set- points are put forward for acidic gas combustion furnace. Flame temperature can be efficiently controlled to ensure complete combustion and decompose of acidic gas. Inlet/outlet temperature control and interlock schemes are put forward for reactor to ensure a proper hydrogenation reaction and to prevent catalyst inactivation due to overheat. Combustion air flow control are optimized according to incinerator operating requirements. Fuel gas consumption is reduced under assurance of noxious gas fully burned.
