摘要
全球化进程在2016年出现了明显转折,其根本原因在于这一波全球化已导致全球层面严重的经济与贫富分化,政治极化与社会多元化,并由此在全球范围内掀起了一股强大的反全球化浪潮;直接导致了各国内部矛盾尖锐且难以调和,民众参与政治的热情空前及对不平等、不公正全球化的强力反弹,国家领导人的领导力面临空前挑战,全球局势动荡加剧。全球化进入深度调整或自我修复阶段,社会民主主义思潮开始复兴,世界在寻找新的方向。
The process of globalization has clearly changed in 2o16, the fundamental reason is that this wave of globalization has led to serious economic and wealth disparity and political polarization and social diversity across the world, and thus causes on a global scale a strong wave of anti-globalization; it directly results in the internal contradictions of various countries being intense and difficult to reconcile and their people being enthusiastic to participate in politics and overreacting to unequal and unfair globalization, the leadership is facing unprecedented challenges, and the global turmoil is intensified. Globalization enters into the stage of deep adjustment or self-repair, social democratic trends begin to revive, and the world is looking for new directions.
