摘要
某汽车发动机离合器支撑销在使用中多次发生断裂。对断裂的离合器支撑销进行了断口分析、金相检验、化学成分分析和硬度测定,以揭示支撑销断裂的原因。结果发现,支撑销表层下有初始裂纹和表面折叠等缺陷,在外力的作用下,这些缺陷不断扩展,最终导致支撑销疲劳断裂。
Supporting pin of a engine clutch broke in service. The broken supporting pin was subjected to fracture test, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, and hardness test to reveal reason why the supporting pin broke. The results show thatlthere is defects such as primary crack and surface lap in the supporting pin. These defects extends progressively by the action of applied force, finally causing the supporting pin to fail due to fatigue.
