摘要
65t铁水包运输车是将高炉冶炼的铁水运送至铸铁厂或炼钢厂的专用运输车辆。铁水罐体倾斜时铁水重心的计算很是烦琐，其中铁水罐吊轴和支轴、车架曲梁强度的计算最为关键。就设计公式的应用等方面进行了详细的论述，可为类似设计提供参考。
Transfer-car for molten iron ladle of 65 t-volume is a special transport vehicle which transports molten iron from blast furnace to iron foundry or steel plant. The calculation of molten iron centroid during the iron ladle tilting is very elaborate, in which the calculation of strength of lifting shaft and supporting shaft for the ladle and the curved frame are the most important. The application and calculation of the design formula were discussed in detail, providing a reference for similar designs.
