摘要
利用大型商用有限元软件MSC/PATRAN、MSC/NASTRAN对350t拼装式浮箱工程船主船体总纵强度进行有限元分析,通过有限元建模、边界条件处理、载荷施加等过程,分析该船的总纵强度。通过总纵强度计算得到螺栓连接处的力来计算螺栓连接处的结构强度。在不满足规范要求的前提下提出加强措施,使结构应力的计算值小于许用值,提高整船的结构强度,并满足规范要求。
Using the large commercial finite element software MSC/PA TRAN and MSC/NASTRAN, the finite element analysis is carried out on the ship hull longitudinal strength of 350 t combined pontoon engineering ship. The total longitudinal strength is analyzed through the process of FE modeling, dealing with boundary condition and bearing load. The structural strength of the bolt joint is calculated by gaining the force of the bolt joint through the calculation of the total longitudinal strength. Under the premise of not meeting the requirements of the standard, the paper puts forward the strengthening measures to make sure that the final structure stress is less than the allowable value, which can improve the overall longitudinal strength of the ship as well as meet the standard requirements.
