摘要
在介绍脐橙果实品质特性基础上,综述脐橙的果汁饮料加工、果酱加工、果酒酿造、果派加工、去皮脱囊衣加工、陈皮加工、果胶提取、膳食纤维提取、黄酮类化合物提取、柠檬苦素提取及色素提取等加工利用技术,并探讨脐橙的加工利用技术可能发展的方向。
On the basis of the quality evaluation of navel orange, the status of fruit juice processing, beverage processing, jam processing, fruit wine brewing, fruit pie processing, peeled processing, excystment garment processing, chenpi processing, pectin extracting, dietary fiber extracting, flavonoid extracting, limonin extracting and pigment extracting in recent years was reviewed in this paper. The development trends of processing and utilization technology of navel orange were put forward.
