摘要
以某成品油船为例,建立全船结构有限元模型,选取典型装载工况,进行全船结构强度直接计算,按照HCSR要求,"切"出船中区域345舱的舱段模型,保持网格和载荷不变,施加边界条件,进行舱段结构强度直接计算,并与全船直接计算在345舱段范围内对应的应力应变值进行对比分析。计算结果表明,在评估区域内同一节点的应变值和同一单元的应力值相差很小,验证了HCSR直接计算中边界条件的合理性。
An oil product tanker was taken as an example to carry out the direct strength assessment for the whole ship structure under typical load cases. According to the demands of HCSR,the hull structural model of No. 3,4 and 5 cargo holds were cut for the direct structure strength analysis by keeping the same mesh,loadings. By comparing the structure stresses of the middle hold of the hull model analysis with those of the whole ship analysis,the reasonability on the HCSR-DSA boundary condition was verified because differences of stress in the same node and the same element are considerable small.
