摘要
幼儿园课程权力运作应充分体现公共性、责任性和亲和性。本研究对当下幼儿园课程权力运作中存在的权力分配不公、行政本位、监督不力、保障体系缺失等问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了路径优化策略。
The operation of kindergarten curriculum power should fully demonstrate its public nature, responsibility, and affinity. This paper analyzes the problems currently existing in the operation of kindergarten curriculum power such as unfairness in the use of power, administration power centered management, weak monitoring system and lack of support system. The authors provide the paths to optimize the operation of kindergarten curriculum power.
