摘要
根据车间设备布局的原则,以某公司变频器的生产车间为例,结合生产实际,分析了其现有的车间设备布置方式。基于物流合理化的原则进行了车间设备的重新布置,从而优化了该车间的生产方式,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本。
In this paper, according to the principles of workshop equipment deployment, we analyzed the equipment deployment of thee frequency transformer assembly workshop of a certain company. Then based on the principle for logistics rationalization, we rearranged the workshop equipment so as to optimize the production mode of the workshop, improve its production efficiency and lower the cost of its products.
