摘要
高职行业英语人才培养模式应基于高职院校“校企合作、工学结合”的教育理念,从分析企业人才需求入手,在商务与英语并重的基础上,突出语言与职业、行业的结合。提出“语言＋职业＋行业”三位一体的高职商务类行业英语人才培养模式改革,对学生的职业交际能力（英语能力）和行业专业能力（商务技能）提升有积极作用,值得在甘肃省高职院校商务类行业英语教学中推广。
Higher vocational industrial English personnel training mode is based on the education idea of school-enterprise coopera- tion and work-integrated learning. The article emphasizes the combination of vocation and industry according to the personnel require- ment from enterprises based on both business and English. It proposes 3-in-1 reform of industrial English personnel training mode of higher vocational business class on language, vocation and industry. It is also positive to the promotion on vocational communicative a- bility and industrial specialty ability. It deserves to extend in industrial English teaching of higher vocational business class in Gansu.
