摘要
目的:为加强医院全面预算管理工作,探讨使用信息化方法建立电子化全面预算管理系统,落实医院预算管理制度,加大预算监督与考核力度。方法:通过分析公立医院预算管理现状,设计了基于J2EE的公立医院全预算管理系统。结果:应用电子化全预算管理系统进行预算管理。结论:通过全预算管理实现了部门全覆盖、项目全覆盖以及绩效责任全覆盖,创新了预算管理方式,严格管理和控制医院资金支出。
Objective： In order to strengthen the hospital comprehensive budget management, to explore the use of information technology to establish an electronic comprehensive budget management system, the implementation of the hospital budget management system, increase the budget supervision and assessment. Methods： Through the analysis of the current situation of public hospital budget management, the whole budget management system of public hospital based on J2EE was designed. Results： Application of electronic total budget management system for budget management. Conclusion： Through the full budget management to achieve a full coverage of the department, the full coverage of the project and performance responsibility, innovation of budget management, strict manage and control of hospital capital expenditures.
