摘要
通过加入细化剂和在铸轧区的关键部位施加电磁振荡场,实现对1100铝合金的常规铸轧和电磁振荡场铸轧。主要利用光学显微镜对合金的微观形貌和偏析等缺陷进行研究。结果表明,加入细化剂的显微组织比未加细化剂的更加细小且均匀;同时,在添加相同含量的细化剂条件下,铸轧过程中施加电磁振荡场的板坯组织细化效果明显高于普通铸轧板坯的,宏观偏析得到明显改善。因此,电磁振荡铸轧可以大幅度降低细化剂的用量,减少元素偏析,改善铸轧坯的内部质量。
Two kinds of 1100 aluminum alloy plates (traditional roll-casting and electro- magnetic oscillating roll-casting) were manufactured by adding refiner and introducing elec- tromagnetic oscillating at the key parts of the roll-casting area. The mieromorphology and seg- regation of 1100 aluminum alloys were investigated mainly by optical microscopy. It is found that the microstructure is more uniform when the slab is added with refiner; when the same content of A1-Ti-B is added, the structure of the slab roll-cast with electromagnetic oscillating field is more refined than that of the slab roll-cast in the traditional way. And macro segrega- tion of the former one is much improved than that of the latter one. In consequence, electro- magnetic oscillating roll-casting can greatly reduce the amount of refiner and element segre- gation, thus improving the internal quality of the roll-casting billet.
