摘要
随着日本中亚战略的强化,未来几年日本与中国在中亚地区的竞争将更激烈。研究日本在中亚地区贸易状况及举措,不仅能对我国与中亚五国的贸易发展有所启示,还有利于我国及时调整与中亚经贸合作的内容,有效应对来自日本的挑战。分析日本对中亚的出口贸易额、贸易地位、贸易结合度、商品结构以及商品类别,提出重点推进重工业和机电产品进军中亚市场,加强"中国制造"宣传;加快自主品牌汽车进入中亚的步伐,制定长期的出口规划;增加对中亚民生领域的投入,提高中亚对我国的信赖度;重视韩国在中亚的实践经验,搭建双方交流平台等,以促进我国与中亚贸易的快速发展。
With Japan strengthening the " Central Asia strategy" , the competition between China and Japan will be more intense in the region of Central Asia in the future. Studying the general situation and measures of Japan's export trade with Central Asia, will not only be helpful to provide a reference while China develops the trade with five main countries in Central Asia, but also be good for China to adjust the trade measures in time. This paper analyzes the total amount, the status, the commodity structure and the merchandise categories of Japan's export trade with Central Asia. Advices - summarized for China are as follows : propagandizing " Made in China" to promote heavy industry and mechanical & electrical products into market;making long - term plan to develop selfowned automobile brand getting fast in Central Asia; increasing investment on livelihood of Central Asia to enhance people's trust on China;paying atten- tion to the experience of Korea and building communication platform with China. All of the above recommendation will promote the trade between China and Central Asia.
