独活寄生汤联合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察 被引量:20

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Duhuo Jisheng Tang(独活寄生汤) Combining Exercise Therapy

摘要 目的:观察独活寄生汤联合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将99例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为药物组、运动组和联合组,每组33例。药物组单纯独活寄生汤治疗,运动组单纯运动疗法治疗,联合组采用独活寄生汤联合运动疗法治疗,3组均治疗8周。治疗4,8周后分别采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)与西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分量表对膝关节疼痛情况和功能进行疗效评价。结果:治疗4,8周后,3组VAS评分、WOMAC评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);且联合组低于药物组和运动组(P<0.05);药物组与运动组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合运动疗法效果优于单纯药物治疗和单纯运动疗法,对于膝骨关节炎患者疼痛缓解,关节功能恢复效果较好,值得临床推广。 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng Tang ( 独活寄生汤 ) combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Ninety nine cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into,a drug group,a exercise group and a combined group,with each group of 33 cases.The drug group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Tang,the exercise group was required to undergo exercise therapy, and the combined group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Tang combining exercise therapy.The three groups were treated for 8 weeks.After 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively, VAS and WOMAC were used to evaluate the curative effect of knee joint pain and function.Results:After 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively, the results of VAS and WOMAC in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment( P 〈 0.05 ), and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the drug group and exercise group (P 〈 0.05 ) . The difference was not statistically significant between the drug group and the exercise group ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion:The effect of Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with exercise therapy is better than the drug therapy or exercise therapy only for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which is good to relieve pain and recover joint function,worthy of promotion.
