摘要
在分析宜宾高铁物流发展面临良好机遇的基础上,阐述了其发展的必要性和可行性,认为宜宾市物流需求与供给结构性矛盾突出,制约了社会经济快速健康发展.当今供给侧结构性改革发展创造了良好的契机,由此为宜宾发展高铁物流的总体思路提出了总体目标、推进步骤,提出的发展策略是:多方合作、组建高铁物流公司、编制高铁物流规划、建设物流园、进一步完善宜宾物流体系,促进宜宾物流供给结构改善,促进社会经济快速健康发展.
Based on the analysis of the opportunity faced with Yibin,the necessity and feasibility for developing CHSR logistics are discussed in depth,and it is found that the structural conflict between logistic need and supply has posed a restraint on the healthy development of its social economy.The supply-side structural reform has presented Yibin with a golden opportunity,and in context of which the overall scheme of thinking for the development of CHSR logistics in Yibin is put forth and accordingly,the overall goal,the implementation steps and the developing strategy are made as follows：multi-party cooperation,the establishment of high speed train logistic company,the making of high speed train logistics plan,the building of a logistics park,the further perfection of Yibin＇s logistic system,are all necessary for improving the logistics supply structure in Yibin and thus to contributing to the healthy development of its social economy.
