摘要
健康管理是以预防和控制疾病发生发展、降低医疗费用、提高生命质量为目的的活动,社区卫生服务是社区建设的重要组成部分。二者在对社区居民健康保障方面相互促进,使慢性病防治有一个良好的管理、服务平台,进而优化社区卫生医疗服务,在社区医疗服务的发展方面有极大的意义。本文从健康管理以及社区卫生服务的角度出发,对慢性病防治所产生的作用进行深入分析。
Health management is to control and prevent outbreaks of disease development,to reduce the medical cost and improve the quality of life for the purpose of activities,community health service is an important part of community construction. Both in the community residents health care promote each other,make the prevention and control of chronic diseases have a good platform for the management and service,further optimize the community health service,in the aspect of the development of community health service is of great significance.
