摘要
Fcγ受体(Fcγreceptors,FcγRs)是白细胞免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,Ig G)受体,对特异性Ig G具有强大的效应功能,起着连接机体体液免疫和细胞免疫的桥梁作用。Fcγ受体可通过与免疫球蛋白G特定区域结合,引起相应的细胞特异性免疫反应。Fcγ受体的基因多态性,使其能引起多样的细胞内生物效应,而这又与多种免疫相关疾病的发生发展密切相关。研究表明,Fcγ受体影响单克隆抗体(Monoclonal Antibody,m Ab)和静脉注射免疫球蛋白(Intravenous Immunoglobulins,IVIg)免疫治疗疗效。另有研究显示,Fcγ受体在微生物感染疾病中也发挥一定作用。本文通过综述Fcγ受体及其与多种疾病的相关性,深入探讨了其临床诊疗意义。
Leukocyte immunoglobulin G receptors(FcγR) belong to the immunoglobulin superfamily,have potent effector functions to the specificity of IgG,and serve as a link between the humoral and cellular immunity.The specific region of IgG binding to FcγR will induce a series of cell specific immunoreaction.Furthermore,FcγR polymorphisms influence the efficacy of cellular responses,and have been associated with immunity related diseases and diseases severity. Studies also suggest that FcγRs influence effectiveness of immunotherapy(monoclonal antibody and intravenous immunoglobulins).Similarly,FcγRs play a role in the microbial infections.This review summarized the relationship of FcγRs and immunological diseases,and discussed its potential clinical relevance.
