摘要
通过有限元软件的非线性分析,试图探究方钢管再生混凝土柱的各方面性质。同时发现再生混凝土的取代率这一指标对其产生一定的影响。本文就对抗震性能这一主要性能进行研究。使用ABAQUS软件进行模拟,钢管与核心混凝土接触界面采用库仑摩擦模型。采用一端固定约束,一端固定转角的形式来模拟实际柱体。并且,对于荷载采用水平和竖向同时加载的方式来实现。整理有限元模拟分析得到的结果与既有试验结果相似。方钢管再生混凝土柱的滞回曲线比较饱满,耗能能力较好。并提出简化的方钢管再生混凝土柱骨架曲线,以方钢管普通混凝土柱的骨架曲线特征值为依据,推导出方钢管再生混凝土柱骨架曲线的一般公式。抗震性能方面,方钢管普通混凝土柱好于方钢管再生混凝土柱。当再生混凝土取代率降低时,构件具有更好的抗震能力。
A finite element model was proposed using the program ABAQUS to analyze theseismic performance of recycled concrete filled square steel tubular columns with different replacement ratio of recycled concrete. Th e Coulomb friction modelwas applied to the contact interface between the steel tube and the core concrete. One end of the columnswas clamped, and the rotation of the other end was fixed. The columns were loaded both horizontally and vertically. The skeleton curves of the finite element analysis accorded with the test results well. T he hysteresis curves of the recycled concrete filled square steel tubular columns are relatively plump. Theenergy dissipation capacity of the columns is reduced while the replacementratio of recycled concrete is increased. Based on it, the simplified skeleton curves and the general formula of the columns with different replacement ratio are proposed. The analysis results indicate that the seismic performance of ordinary concrete filled steel tube is better than that of the recycled concrete filled steel tube. When the replacement ratio of recycled concrete increases,the seismic performance of the columns becomes poor.
